i was grateful for the inclusive package it covered the water park and non-motorized water sports we had such fun at both. every meal we ate in the hotel tasted better than the last. the hotel location is convenient near the marina and tram stop for getting around.
the shower was narrow the door did little to stop water from splashing onto the floor. the water pressure was very low. several times the water cut off completely or came out brown.

Wonderful Family Resort Experience
excellent servicewell-kept gardensmissing slippers
The food and beverage team provided excellent service. Arman, Vinay, Utpal, and Joseph at the Sandbar team stood out. Bussola pizzeria also offered perfect service. I especially appreciated the lap pool and well-kept gardens. Breakfast included plenty of choices.
I found that I was not welcomed back as a returning guest at check-in. I feel that this small gesture makes a big difference. Turndown service was not provided in the room and slippers were missing and had to be asked for.

The hotel provides access to multiple pools. There are also beach access and a water park. Guests can make use of well maintained gardens around the premises for recreation; everything appeared neat and clean.

The room had a king-size bed and was kept in immaculate condition by the housekeeping staff. Fresh towels were provided regularly. Complimentary water bottles were provided daily; water was stocked and available.

The staff was helpful and friendly at the pool bar and restaurant. Staff members were always attentive. The concierge team assisted with taxis. All members of staff could not have been more attentive and we were always welcomed with a smile
